Father Time and I are going to have it out. My list for that guy is long. It’s 2012? That can’t be possible. I’m going to be 34 this year? Also highly suspect. AND my baby is already 10 months old? That’s it. That’s enough.
I’m thankful that I’ve learned these past ten months how to focus on the smaller moments in life, the between moments. Sure, grand events set landmarks through our lives, but it’s the time spend between such events that is what makes life so grand. Like it or not, time keeps moving. Somehow it seems to go by more quickly with age. It’s like Ferris said, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
